Shipping Policy

We understand that sometimes our patrons visit from out of town and in these circumstances the artwork that we provide may not be done before leaving again. So we do offer shipping to all lower 48 states and accommodations can be made for shipping worldwide. Patron is responsible for these shipping costs. We do ship using USPS unless otherwise directed by customer for other arrangements to be made which may have some extra shipping cost associated with these other arrangements. ​

Pottery painted will have a time frame of two weeks before being shipped due to the process of firing each piece in a kiln.  (Other artworks may be shipped faster.)

Physical products on our website such as paintings, merch, ect will have the shipping cost listed with each product.

We are not responsible for pieces lost in the shipping process. If you would like piece of mind insurance can be available upon request and may occur additional shipping costs.

Expediated shipping is also available upon request with additional shipping costs. Keep in mind that major holidays may have an affect upon shipping times even in the event of expediated shipping.
