Pottery Class- Wednesdays

Service Description

Experience the Zen of creating functional works of art. In this class, students will learn the techniques for wheel-thrown and hand-built pottery from raw clay to finished vessel from an involved teacher. Instruction focuses on the processes of pottery and skill development. Learning is individualized to meet each student's goals. This is perfect for beginners and intermediate learners looking to expand their skills. We will be meeting every Wednesday night for 8 weeks beginning Jan. 14 through March 4 from 5pm to 7:30pm. Class fee is $425 which includes 25 pounds of clay, instruction, throwing, glazing and firing. You do not need to purchase any other supplies. Make ups for missed classes are allowed by attending a different class or using open studio times. Up to two classes can be carried over to subsequent terms. I only have 6 spots for each class. This workshop will be offered every 8 weeks so be on the look out for the next session when this one ends! This class is currently only offered to high school students and adults.
